Project PINOT: Trailer for the research project now online!
The high-quality trailer presents the PINOT research project, which has been researching artificial intelligence at the Wine Campus Neustadt since 2021 in cooperation with six partners and developing a "digital nose" for winemaking, the wine trade and gastronomy. The trailer celebrated its premiere on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 in the wine press house of the Johannitergut state winery at the Rheinpfalz Rural Service Center. The event "The world of wine is not enough: Wine meets AI" became the setting for a James Bond-like "crime scene". Prof. Dominik Durner, consortium leader at PINOT, wanted to think outside the box of his project and moderated the event. With wine expert Janina Durner and digitization expert Alisa Türck, the Wine Campus was able to win two outstanding representatives of their industry for very exciting and entertaining presentations.
