Please note: Applications for the MBA Wine, Sustainability & Sales can now be made online via the application portal of the Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society.
Follow the instructions for registering in the application portal and keep your user ID safe. Once you have successfully registered, you can use this access to enter all the necessary information and documents in the portal.
The regular application deadline is July 31.
Please read the checklist! There you will find detailed information on all the documents you need to upload for your application for the MBA Wine, Sustainability & Sales. If you have any questions during the application process, please do not hesitate to contact the program management. We will support you with any uncertainties and questions during the application process.
Applicants will receive an appointment for the selection interview in the form of a structured interview after receipt of the complete application documents. It is possible to conduct the interview with the head of degree program online. To prepare for the interview, all applicants receive a business-oriented case study related to the wine industry.
Professionally qualified applicants without a first university degree will also receive the topic of the academic term paper as part of the aptitude test. The written paper can be written in German or English. The processing time is 6 weeks.
If all application criteria are met, you will receive a provisional acceptance letter and a request to pay the semester fee. The Wine Campus Neustadt will issue an invoice for the tuition fee.
Enrollment then takes place with the same user ID via the portal.
Applicants who submit their documents early, e.g. to benefit from the early bird rate, must register online at a later date.

What you need to bring with you:
A completed university degree with 210 ECTS points and at least one year of adequate professional experience after graduation.
Applicants whose first degree comprises fewer than 210 ECTS credits can earn up to an additional 30 ECTS credits based on their professional experience by submitting a professional portfolio. Details and the necessary documents can be obtained from the program management.
The Rhineland-Palatinate Higher Education Act opens up the opportunity to study for an MBA to professionally qualified individuals without a first university degree. After passing the aptitude test, qualified applicants with a university entrance qualification and at least three years of adequate professional experience can be admitted.
Proof of the required professional experience (e.g. employer's reference, interim reference, confirmation from current employer, employment contract, proof of self-employment, etc.)
A letter of motivation (one DIN A4 page).
Successful participation in a selection interview in which a basic understanding of business management issues relating to the wine industry is demonstrated.
English language skills corresponding to level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) or at least a comparable recognized certificate.

No problem! We offer our own online English test, which is recognized as proof of the required language skills for the Master's program!
The online language test was developed specifically for the MBA Wine, Sustainability & Sales and is recognized as proof of English language proficiency at level B2, which is required for admission to the "MBA Wine, Sustainability & Sales "*.
You can take the test from the comfort of your own home via the OpenOLAT teaching and learning platform. During the 90-minute test, our lecturer will be available via chat or telephone if you have any questions or problems.
